Did you know that Connecticut law currently does not require locksmiths be licensed.

We are currently working with our legislatures to create a state process for registering locksmiths.

Until then, for your own peace of mind, we encourage you to verify for yourself the business status by contacting locksmith trade associations or the Connecticut Better Business Bureau.

Update: 
As of Oct. 1, 2008 Locksmiths will need to register with the State of Connecticut.  More to come.
